This robust float valve is constructed entirely of NSF listed components, using inert PVC, high-density polyethylene, non-corrosive stainless steel hardware at the pivot, and a Santoprene® seal to make a watertight tank installation. Its adjustable arm allows it to be bulkhead (tank) mounted either vertically through the top of a tank or horizontally through the side of a tank. It can also be used on a securely mounted holder if you don’t like to drill holes in your bins or tank. The inlet is compatible with 3/8″ OD tubing from your reverse osmosis filter or other equipment, and delivers approximately 1.5 gallons per minute at 40 psi. It measures about 6.75” long from the inside tank wall to the end of the float when extended.
We suggest using one of these valves on any reverse osmosis product reservoir, such as a top off bin, for additional redundancy – but these versatile, reliable valves have dozens of applications!
